Bath Rebrand

In November 2008, following a number of years operating as an independent company, Bath City Lets was incorporated within Touchstone but continued to operate under the Bath City Lets banner.  Bath City Lets are now proud to announce that they shall be rebranding on the 1st of August to Touchstone Residential Lettings (incorporating Bath City Lets).

The staff at the office, based on George Street, Bath, remains the same and will, of course, continue to offer the high standard of service expected by landlords and tenants alike.  They are truly thrilled to be a part of this new and exciting change.

Established for over 25 years, Touchstone built its reputation in the letting and management of large-scale residential property portfolios; but they don’t rest on their laurels. From Touchstone’s Head Office, also based in Bath, the brand operates Touchstone Residential Lettings, a chain of residential letting offices stretching across the South of England from Bristol in the West to Canterbury in the East. Touchstone Corporate Property Services manages diverse national residential portfolios for blue chip investment clients, banks and lending institutions, national retailers and the leisure industry, whilst Touchstone Student Living manages purpose built student accommodation in university towns across the country. With over 280 staff, Touchstone manages over 20,000 properties with in excess of 75,000 occupiers.
